PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient percussion by an eccentric rock crusher while preventing a percussion position from being deviated, by guiding a wire rope for lifting and dropping the eccentric rock crusher by means of a rope guide device mounted on an inside of the upper end of a rotating casing to rotate the wire rope around an outer periphery and by moving the dropping percussion position in association with rotation of the casing.;SOLUTION: A rope guide device 8 for vertically guiding a wire rope 6a for lifting and dropping an eccentric rock crusher 6 through a crane 4 is mounted on an upper end side of a rotating casing 1. A ring-shaped hard ground (a) remaining around a hole (b) for crack induction inside the casing 1 is crushed into rock pieces having a size which can be grabbed by a hammer grab 5 by dropping of the eccentric rock crusher 6 which is guided by a rope guide device 8 rotating together with the casing 1 and rotates uniformly above the ring-shaped hard ground (a).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
