PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion processing program capable of stably converting a color in an image to a natural color under a prescribed color theme.SOLUTION: The color conversion processing program functions as: color distribution determination means for calculating a local characteristic amount regarding a region having each of a plurality of differing scales from each other for every pixel of an input image, acquires, from a database, color distribution associated with the local characteristic amount in an image for learning which is similar to the local characteristic amount calculated for every scale, and determining the color distribution for every pixel in respective scales to a color distribution for cost calculation; and conversion color determination means for calculating an ideal conversion pixel value by using a color conversion table generated based on a prescribed color theme and calculating conversion destination pixel value for minimizing a total conversion cost for every scale which takes on a greater value for a color with low frequency in the color distribution for cost calculation for respective scales; and color conversion means for converting a pixel value for respective pixels in the input image to the conversion destination pixel value.
