PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist rest for PC operation using a disposable waste lunch box container and also usable as a tray of a drawer of the workplace.;SOLUTION: An elliptical or rectangular plastic waste lunch box container having an arbitrary but almost one hand's palm size is cut in two and four pieces of the two types are prepared upside down, and laid on a wrist when a mouse is operated for PC operation. The soft plastic wrist rest thus prepared has a hollow structure and imparts moderate flexure to the wrist and absorbs a pressure of the wrist. Being light in weight, the wrist rest does not require a roller, and smoothly slides on a floor surface accompanied by complicated behaviors of the wrist when operating the mouse, and can follow the movement of the wrist. The wrist rest is light in weight, thin, resistant to an impact and damage, easily insertable into a space of a PC bag, and has portability. The wrist rest is water-repellent, grease-resistant, and repels water/stain.
