PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel expense adjustment system, a travel expense adjustment method, and a travel expense adjustment program to support an effective adjustment of travel expenses for business trips.SOLUTION: A controlling unit 21 in an application support server 20, after authenticating an applicant, specifies a travel schedule yet to be adjusted, acquires use information, performs filtering processing before executing schedule collation processing. The controlling unit 21, when the travel schedule and the use information are matched, identifies a place of departure and a destination, acquires a route candidate, specifies a season ticket section, and calculates travel expenses. The controlling unit 21, when the travel schedule and the use information are not matched, executes processing for confirming mismatch. The controlling unit 21, when a schedule is not registered, performs processing for posterior registration of the schedule. The controlling unit 21 acquires the route candidate for a schedule which does not match the use information.
