PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing aid and a nursing aid set by which a care-giver can perform care work for a care-receiver easily with only small burden imposed on the care-receiver.;SOLUTION: A nursing aid includes: a trunk part support part arranged below a trunk part; a pair of projections projected substantially in parallel and with a space from the trunk part support part to a leg side; and a pair of thigh support parts connected to the ends on the leg side of the projections respectively and laid below the thigh. The trunk part support part includes a first bag body that is expandable so as to lift the trunk part by being filled with gas, and the pair of thigh support parts includes a second bag body that is expandable so as to lift the thigh by being filled with gas respectively. The pair of projections includes a third bag body that communicates the first bag body with the second bag body respectively. When the first bag body, the second bag body, and the third bag body are in an expanded state, the top face of the projections is lower than the top face of the thigh support parts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
