PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for investigation of an abnormal cause.;SOLUTION: A monitor center server stores configuration information on a used component used for an electric device in a storage part. The monitor center server receives the configuration information on the component currently used by the electric device. Then, the monitor center server device determines whether the configuration information on the received component is stored in the storage part.
