VIBRATION CONTROL STRUCTURE OF RACK WAREHOUSE AND VIBRATION DAMPING METHOD OF EXISTING RACK WAREHOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and appropriate vibration control structure for a rack warehouse and an effective and appropriate vibration damping method of existing rack warehouses.;SOLUTION: A vibration damping device 20 functioning as TMD is installed anywhere in a rack 12 in order to control the vibration in each horizontal direction of a rack structure 13. The vibration damping device consists of a stage board 21 fixed to the rack structure in the rack, a movable mass 22 arranged movably in each horizontal direction on the upper surface of the stage board, and a damper 23 and an adjusting spring 24 which are inserted between the movable mass and the rack structure. At the time when vibration damping is applied to the existing rack warehouse, the stage board 21 with same shape and size as a palette 11 is fixed within the rack 12, the movable mass 22 is arranged movably in each horizontal direction on the upper surface of the stage board, and the damper 23 and adjusting spring 24 are inserted between the movable mass and the existing rack structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
