PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a situation management support system, a situation management support method, a management support device and a management support program capable of facilitating management of a progress situation regarding processing such as junction processing to a joint member.;SOLUTION: Situation information indicating a situation of junction processing and transmitted from a processing control device used by an operator of a construction business organizer is recorded in a situation recording device managed by a service business organizer. The situation information includes positional information indicating a position relating to junction processing to a joint member. A manager of the construction business organizer operates a management support device. The management support device receives the situation information from the situation recording device and reads map information from a map database.
