PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of measurement accuracy of an aircraft location due to a phenomenon of a multipath on tha basis of signal intensity of a signal received from an aircraft and a difference in receiving time among receiving stations, and to reduce a load of a central station.;SOLUTION: Receiving stations 21 to 2N are configured to: generate measurement data including aircraft ID information for identifying an aircraft 1 of a transmission source by analyzing a signal respectively received from the aircraft 1; impart time stamp information indicative of receiving time of the signal to the measurement data; calculate signal intensity of the received signal; and transmit the measurement data having the signal intensity fallen within a predetermined intensity range to a central station 5. When receiving the measurement data on the same signal of the same aircraft 1 from two receiving stations or more, the central station 5 is configured to: calculate a difference in receiving time between two receiving stations with reference to the time stamp information; measure a location of the aircraft 1 on the basis of a difference in three pieces of receiving time or more and a location of the receiving station; and, in this case, measure the location of the aircraft 1, using a difference in receiving time falling within a predetermined time range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
