PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor occurrence of a severe accident to a plant and to present support information based upon a monitoring result.;SOLUTION: A severe-accident-time support monitoring device 1a includes: a signal reception processing part 13 which receives at least some of measurement signals 10; a safe/alternative system signal extraction information DB 14 in which safe/alternative system data including monitoring items of plant facilities are related and stored; a system signal extraction part 15 which extracts safe/alternative system data and adds monitoring contents; a safe/alternative system data storage part 16 which stores the safe/alternative system data; an SA determination processing part 17a which determines a severe accident; a system actuation condition/schedule prediction part 18 which determines system actuation conditions associated with safe systems and alternative systems and whether the conditions are met or predict actuation time of each system; and a system information display part 110 which systematically displays the safe/alternative system data etc.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
