PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser engraving resin composition that is high in engraving feeling and favorable in the rinse performance of engraved refuse, and by which a flexographic printing plate having superior swelling resistance and print resistance to an aqueous ink and a solvent ink can be obtained, a flexographic printing plate using the laser engraving resin composition, and a platemaking method of the flexographic printing plate using the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A laser engraving resin composition is characterized by containing (component A): a block copolymer having a main chain skeleton obtained by sequential polymerization and a main chain skeleton obtained by chain polymerization, (component B): a polymerizable compound, and (component C): a polymerization initiator.
