PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately estimate an amount of a synchronization shift between video and sound by suppressing an influence of disturbance such as noise.;SOLUTION: A lip-sync signal transmission device 1 includes: light emission means 12 for outputting light modulated using a predetermined time-series pattern; and sounding means 14 for outputting sound synchronized with the light. A lip-sync target system 3 obtains the light and the sound from the lip-sync signal transmission device 1 and presents video light and the sound to a synchronization shift amount estimation device 2 through transmission/accumulation means 33. The synchronization shift amount estimation device 2 includes: light reception means 21 for detecting luminous intensity of the video light from the lip-sync target system 3; sound collection means 22 for inputting the sound from the lip-synch target system 3; and mutual correlation calculation means 24 for estimating a synchronization shift amount Δt by calculating a temporal mutual correlation value c(τ) between an electric signal v(t), in which the video light is reflected, and an electric signal a(t), in which the sound is reflected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
