PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring usage of light and heat, and for supporting reduction of CO2 emission amount.;SOLUTION: The CO2 emission amount reduction support system includes a light and heat usage acquisition part for obtaining usage of light and heat; a weather information acquisition part for obtaining weather information including the average temperature of a residential area; a weather information/light and heat usage regression expression calculation part for extracting the average temperature and the usage in the same month of the previous year of an object date from the average temperature and the usage, and for calculating the regression expression of each light and heat whose usage is estimated from the average temperature; a light and heat usage estimation part for calculating the estimated usage of each light and heat by using the regression expression from the average temperature on the object date; a CO2 emission amount estimation part for calculating the CO2 emission amount of each light and heat from the estimated usage, and for calculating the value calculated by summing up the respective CO2 emission amounts as the estimated value of the CO2 emission amount per day; and a CO2 emission calculation part for calculating the CO2 emission amount from the usage for each light and heat used in the residence on the object date and for calculating the value obtained by summing up the respective CO2 emission amounts as the past result value of the CO2 emission amount per day.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
