UNDERWATER ANTI-WASHOUT NON-SHRINK GROUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater anti-washout non-shrink grout having a high stability of compressive strength to environmental temperatures.;SOLUTION: A non-shrink grout includes a thickner, foaming agent, expansion material, and water-reducing agent, contained in mortar. The major component of the thickner is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Preferably, the underwater anti-washout non-shrink grout includes, together with the thickner, a workability improvement agent the major component of which is bentonite or organic modified bentonite, has a JIS (0 tamping) flow value for the same mixing ratio of 200-300 mm, a suspended material mass of not larger than 50 mg/L, and an underwater/air strength ratio of the material age 28 day compression strength of not less than 80%, preferably a suspended material mass of 45 mg/L or less, and an underwater/air strength ratio of not less than 90%, at an environmental temperature in the range of 5-35°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
