PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily match a worker and an agricultural machine.;SOLUTION: A management system comprises an agricultural machine and a portable terminal. The agricultural machine includes a first data communication section which transmits to the outside machine identification information identifying an agricultural machine that executes farm work. The portable terminal includes: a second data communication section for receiving the machine identification information transmitted from the first data communication section; a carriage position calculation section for calculating a carriage position on the basis of a signal from a positioning satellite; and a storage section for storing worker information relating to a worker.
