PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a tape of a tape polishing unit, regardless of an installed place of the tape polishing unit.;SOLUTION: A device side tool 40 for constituting a tape replacement tool 30 projects a fixed shaft and a torque shaft from a plate-like surface plate member 45. The surface plate member 45 is provided with positioning mechanisms 43 and 44 by changing a slide direction by 90 degrees. A front side tool 50 projects the fixed shaft 26 and a rotatably projected rotary shaft 27 from a frame body 51 forming an opening part 52 in center.
