PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation coat electrical conduction particle that suppresses lowering of conduction reliability by coat of an insulation particle in minimum, and that is excellent in both insulation reliability and conduction reliability even in connection of a fine circuit; and an anisotropic conductive adhesive using the insulation coat electrical conduction particle.;SOLUTION: An insulation coat electrical conduction particle includes: an electrical conduction particle 12; and two or more insulation particles 13 adhered to an outside of the electrical conduction particle 12, wherein an average grain diameter of the electrical conduction particle 12 is 1-10 μm, and the insulation particle 13 includes: a first insulation particle 13a; and a second insulation particle 13b in which a glass transformation temperature is lower than that of the first insulation particle 13a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
