PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system proposal support device or the like for presenting a hot water supply system suitable for an object article by grasping economical profits under the consideration of the variation of a used hot water amount.;SOLUTION: A hot water supply system proposal support device 10 includes: a storage part 40 for storing the equipment information of hot water supply equipment, information relating to the maximum used hot water amount and a hot water supply load ratio by day of week; combination generation part 51; consumption calculation part 52, running cost (R/C) calculation part 54, selection part 56, and output part 30. The combination generation part generates the combination of hot water supply equipment applicable as a hot water supply system by using the information relating to the maximum used hot water amount and the equipment information. The consumption calculation part calculates energy consumption for each combination by using the hot water supply load ratio by day of week and the equipment information. The R/C calculation part calculates the R/C for each combination by using the energy consumption.
