PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load receiving platform lifting device where the lifting operation of a load receiving platform is not inhibited even in a structure where a member projecting rearward from the lower side of a loading platform is arranged in a vehicle, and a vehicle mounted with the same.;SOLUTION: The load receiving platform lifting device including posts erected at both right and left sides of a vehicular loading platform rear part, and a load receiving platform connected to sliders liftable in the posts is constituted so that a vehicle front part at an outer peripheral edge of the load receiving platform includes side ends located at both sides along the vehicle width direction and connected to the sliders, and an intermediate part interposed between the side ends; and a cutout of a recessed shape toward the vehicle rear side is formed at the intermediate part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
