PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical chart information district sharing system for integrally, securely and inexpensively achieving sharing of medical chart information among medical institutions in a district and each patient individual storage of individual health records.SOLUTION: In the medical chart information district sharing system composed of medical chart information district sharing servers for providing to medical chart information sharing institutions through a communication channel, the medical chart information sharing institutions have each means of self-hospital staff ID management means, patient ID management means for preparing and managing a patient ID and patient individual information related to respective medical chart information sharing institutions, shared medical chart information requesting means, and requested shared medical chart information browsing means, and further includes shared medical chart information preparing means, and shared medical chart information transmission means, and the medical chart information district sharing servers include medical chart information sharing institution ID management means, integrated staff ID management means, staff authentication means, shared medical chart information integrating and recording means, requested shared medical chart information extraction means, and domain management ID and domain management means provided with requested shared medical chart information transmission means.
