The present invention , in order to mitigate the phase noise , unlike the existing receivers with the pilot symbols , by estimating and compensating the phase noise from the OFDM symbols received , the transmission efficiency and Ayama-ritsu performance of the OFDM system the present invention relates to receiving apparatus and a phase noise mitigation method of the OFDM communication system can be improved .
