The present invention relates to a molecular mixture comprising amphiphilic molecular species A and amphiphilic molecular species B that exhibit a positive total charge in the hydrophilic region, and polyphenol C, a method for producing this molecular mixture, and its use. Here, in the molecular species A and B, the molecular ratio A: B is 1 (? 0.2): 1 (? 0.2) mol / mol. Methods for making and using the mixture are also disclosed.
