Blue phosphorescent host material , an organic thin film comprising the same , and organic light emitting device is provided . The blue phosphorescent host material , a carbazole compound is coupled around the central atom , the central atom is a Group 14 element , a carbazole compound bound around the central atom is a 3 or 4 Te , wherein the carbazole compound comprises a carbazole group is substituted .
