PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiling heat transfer surface for an ebullient cooler which is capable of promoting thermal diffusion of a heating element by promoting air bubble discharging property by forming a cavity on the boiling heat transfer surface.;SOLUTION: A boiling heat transfer surface 1 for an ebullient cooler comprises: a boiling part 11 for boiling an internal liquid-phase coolant by receiving heat of a heating element 14 fixed to the outer surface thereof; and a condensation part 13 for condensing vapor boiled by the boiling part 11. In an internal portion of the boiling part 11 corresponding to the heating element 14, the boiling heat transfer surface 1 is formed which promotes boiling of the liquid-phase coolant, and on the boiling heat transfer surface 1, a plurality of plate-like fins 3 are provided which are erected from a metal material 2 and formed while being bent arcuately at the distal end side thereof. The bent distal end portion of the fin 3 is joined to a back face of the other neighboring fin and in the apex part, a plurality of small holes 4 are formed for passing air bubbles 15 generated by boiling the liquid-phase coolant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
