PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method capable of achieving a higher measurement precision in detecting a biogenous biologically active substance or measuring a concentration thereof by reaction of the biogenous biologically active substance such as endotoxin or -D-glucan and LAL, a program for implementing the same, and a measuring apparatus using the program.;SOLUTION: In a difference method of recording a difference value with time of a physical quantity, which changes by reaction of a sample and LAL, at a predetermined time interval between two times and determining a time, at which the difference value has passed through a threshold, as a reaction start time, the predetermined time interval between two times is not constant.
