PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact rotary tool, in which a noise is reduced that is generated by the force in the rotative direction thereof when the impact rotary tool is impacted.;SOLUTION: The impact rotary tool has: a drive part 5 having a motor 6; an output part 23 for outputting the rotary driving of the drive part 5; and an impact part 9 for transmitting the rotary driving of the drive part 5 to the output part 23 together with an impact movement. The impact part 9 comprises: a hammer 12 to be rotated by the drive part 5; an anvil 15 which has a plane to be impacted by the hammer 12 and transmits the rotary driving to the output part 23; and a buffer member 21 which is fit to the anvil 15 and has the rigidity lower than that of the anvil 15.
