PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a social graph updating system, a social graph updating method, and a program in which a social graph can be updated to a new social graph corresponding to current ties of users by using communication history of portable terminals between users who are in a linked relationship in the social graph.;SOLUTION: A social graph updating system 1 includes: a communication history storing unit 10 for storing communication history by portable terminals between users who are in a linked relationship in a social graph; a relevance determining unit 40 for determining relevance between the users based on the communication history stored in the communication history storing unit 10; and an updating unit 50 for updating the social graph by comparing the relevance between the users determined by the relevance determining unit 40 with a predetermined threshold value and discriminating a link between the users whose relevance was equal to or less than the threshold value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
