PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prescription information management device or the like that can reduce a burden on a patient by determining the propriety of primarily providing a medicament at a pharmacy in a period of time during which the patient is provided a prescription for prescribing a specified medicament or the like in a fixed period of time on the condition that bio-information on an object person such as the patient or the like falls within a fixed range.SOLUTION: A prescription information management device having prescription information relating to a prescription of a medicament or the like at a pharmacy, in which the prescription information has prescribable reference bio range information serving as reference bio information corresponding to a prescribable range of the medicament or the like to be provided to the patient, comprises a measurement result bio-information storage part that stores measurement result bio-information serving as bio-information on the object person after the object person is measured. The prescription information management device is configured to determine whether or not the measurement result bio-information corresponds to the prescribable reference bio range information.
