PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting input of personal information by a user of a mobile terminal when transmitting the personal information from the mobile terminal to a site on a network.;SOLUTION: A server device transmits a signal containing a first identifier to a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal transfers this signal to a management device and the management device generates a second identifier, preserves a pair of the terminal identifier of the mobile terminal and the generated second identifier and transmits to the server device a signal containing the generated second identifier and the first identifier. When the same pair as the preserved pair of the terminal identifier and the second identifier is received from the server device, a signal containing contractor information of the mobile terminal is transmitted to the server device, and the server device transmits to the mobile terminal a signal for displaying a screen containing predetermined items of the received contractor information on the mobile terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
