PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill generation method capable of fitting to change conditions between a client and a supplier.;SOLUTION: A method implemented in a computer for providing advertisement to a client comprises the steps of: establishing a bill generation technique between the client and a supplier; providing opportunity of the advertisement to the client by at least one of a repetition standard and a periodic standard; evaluating a credit risk related to the client at least either periodically or on occurrence of an event; and automatically correcting the bill generation technique on the basis of the credit risk related to the client.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
