PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curb an increase in costs in the appropriate reduction of background counts of a radiation detector.;SOLUTION: A radiation measuring device 1 includes a radiation detector 5 and a radiation shield 10 which shields the detector 5 from radiation. The radiation shield 10 includes a first shield 31 and a second shield 32 which is accommodated inside the first shield 31 to be taken out. The first shield 31 includes a lead shielding enclosure 41a, a lead shielding lid 41b, a copper shielding enclosure 42a and a copper shielding lid 42b, a resin shielding enclosure 43a and a resin shielding lid 43b.
