PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generator which can improve a degree of freedom of controlling the generation of fine bubbles, and a minute discharge hole nozzle and a method for forming the minute discharge hole nozzle.;SOLUTION: A fine bubble generator 1 sends pressurized gas through a discharge hole 23 having a minute diameter to generate fine bubbles. The discharge hole 23 is formed in a piezoelectric element 9 which receives pressure of the pressurized gas. The fine bubble generator 1 includes: a gas supply source 11 which sets the pressure of the pressurized gas; a piezoelectric element 9 which vibrates the discharge hole 23 in the hole axis direction; and a voltage generating part 15 which controls the amplitude and frequency of the piezoelectric element 9. Fine bubbles are formed by the setting of the minute diameter of the discharge hole 23, the setting of the pressure of the pressurized gas, and the control of the amplitude and frequency by the voltage generating part 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
