PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitter that has a variable axial displacement amount between an optical axis of MMF and an optical axis of a light-emitting element and suppresses degradation of an optical signal in MMF by adjustment of the axial displacement amount, and to provide a network apparatus used along with the optical transmitter and an axial displacement amount adjustment system of the optical transmitter.SOLUTION: An optical transmitter (10) transmits an optical signal toward a multi-mode optical fiber (68). The optical transmitter (10) includes a light-emitting element (82) and an adjustment mechanism (36) for relatively moving, with an arbitrary amount, an optical axis (86) of the light-emitting element (82) in such a direction as to cross an optical axis (92) of the multi-mode optical fiber (68).
