First pupil diameter information corresponding to the pupil diameter of the observer in the first time interval, and second pupil diameter information corresponding to the pupil diameter of the observer in the second time interval, which are input with respect to them, are used to generate information for estimating the emotional intensity of the observer who has observed the target image, using a device.
