PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having high antimalarial activity, particularly a compound effective against drug-resistant malaria, and to provide the use thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a compound having antimalarial activity, represented by chemical formula (1) (wherein m is 1 to 5; n is 1 to 5; Ris (un)substituted quinolinyl; and Ris H, CHor CHNH).
