A method for manufacturing a combustor constituent member has: a step of obtaining a sheet joining body (4) in such a way that a first sheet member (4a) formed of a heat-resistant alloy and a second sheet member (4b) formed of a heat-resistant alloy and having a plurality of fins (5) on the surface are braze-joined by interposing a brazing filler metal including a melting point lowering element so that the fins (5) face the first sheet member (4a); a press forming step for obtaining the combustor constituent member having a desired shape by press-forming the sheet joining body (4); a step of identifying a deformed portion where a deformation occurring, depending on the shape of the combustor constituent member, during the press forming step exceeds a predetermined value; a step of locally heating the portion of the sheet joining body (4) corresponding to the identified deformed portion; and a step of performing cold press forming of the sheet joining body (4) while maintaining the temperature of the heated corresponding portion at a desired temperature.
