PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional displacement measurement method and a three-dimensional displacement measurement device which can measure three-dimensional displacement of a measurement target using one laser range finder and measurement members, for example, and easily and accurately measure three-dimensional displacement of the measurement target in an instant.;SOLUTION: One laser range finder is installed at a measurement device installation place, and measurement places are provided with measurement members comprising measuring planes in which set angles can be changed by two axes of vertical and horizontal directions. Each measuring plane can be adjusted and fixed at an angle for receiving a laser beam emitted by the laser range finder in an orthogonal state, or at an angle for receiving the laser beam in a state inclined by the axes of vertical and horizontal directions, and the respective measuring planes receive the emitted laser beam. The laser range finder measures respective distances to the measuring planes by using the measuring members, and measures three-dimensional displacement of places at which the measurement members are installed on the basis of differences in distances.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
