PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a migration test program creation device and the like capable of efficiently performing processing for migration of a computer device to a new one.;SOLUTION: A migration test program creation device 10 creates a migration test program for determining whether a target program 25 can run on a computer device 30 that is other than a migration source computer 20, from a trace file 24 on which an execution status of the target program that runs on the migration source computer is recorded.
