PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a notification range for suspicious person information according to a place where a suspicious person is to enhance importance of the suspicious person information and to enable a user to easily grasp the place where the suspicious person is.;SOLUTION: A suspicious person monitoring system 10 determines whether a suspicious person F is present or not on the basis of an image by means of a monitoring camera C10 etc. If determining that the suspicious person is present, the system identifies a position of the monitoring camera C10 etc. photographing the image related to the determination as the place where the suspicious person is, and identifies the notification range for the suspicious person information according to the place where the suspicious person is.
