PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert into a high quality sound in a phase arithmetic processing using a FFT system for achieving time scaling and a pitch shift.;SOLUTION: An audio data processing device includes: a FFT section 21 for converting digital audio data into an amplitude and a phase for each frequency component; a spectrum peak detection section 34 for detecting a spectrum peak where the amplitude becomes a local maximum; a phase difference calculation section 35 for calculating a phase difference between a phase of the spectrum peak and a phase of a proximity frequency band adjacent to the spectrum peak; a phase determination section 36 for determining whether or not to maintain a phase relation between the spectrum peak and the proximity frequency band according to the phase difference; a peak phase maintenance processing section 37 which performs peak phase maintenance processing for the proximity frequency band when determining the phase relation is maintained by the phase determination section 36; and a phase continuous processing section 33 which performs phase continuous processing when determining the phase relation is not maintained by the phase determination section 36.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
