PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the construction and maintenance of a subject spot database in which spot data including a photographic image of each subject spot is grouped by the subject spot.;SOLUTION: Whether posting data posted by a user is on an existing subject spot or on a new subject spot is determined according to the degree of similarity between an image in the posting data and images saved in a subject spot database. If the posting data is determinedly on an existing subject spot, it is stored in the subject spot database as spot data associated with the subject spot.
