PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce a check work on comparative evaluation conditions of service.;SOLUTION: An ICT environment influence evaluation system is configured to: provide a service attribute information DB 15A in which functions owned by service are recorded for each service; allow a service search part 16A to search for functions owned by evaluation target service from the service attribute information DB 15A and display the functions on a screen; search for service including a function of attention selected from the functions through an operation from the service attribute information DB 15A as candidate service and display the service on the screen; specify comparative target service from these candidate services by a selection operation; and allow an environment load calculation part 16D to, for each evaluation target service and comparative target service, perform a product-sum operation of an environment load amount per unit as to an environment load factor of the service and a usage amount as to the environment load factor of the service input through an operation, calculate the environment load amounts of the evaluation target service and the comparative target service and calculate a difference between the environment load amounts thereof as an environmental value of the evaluation target service.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
