PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly accurate reference spectrum.SOLUTION: The program, in one embodiment, allows a computer to execute a process of extracting a plurality of first spectrum data similar to spectrum data whose tree species is known from spectrum data of a survey target area. Further, the program allows the computer to execute a process of calculating a vegetation index of each of the plurality of first spectrum data extracted by the process of extracting the first spectrum data. Further, the program allows the computer to execute a process of extracting a plurality of second spectrum data from spectrum data of the survey target area, by using the vegetation indices calculated by the calculating process. Further, the program allows the computer to execute a process of creating a reference spectrum by using the plurality of second spectrum data extracted by the process of extracting the second spectrum data.
