PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image disclosing server, a terminal device, an image disclosing system, an image disclosing method, and an image disclosing program that can prevent positional information in a particular region from coming out when an image is disclosed on the image disclosing server.;SOLUTION: An image disclosing server 200 discloses an image with added positional information transmitted from a terminal device 100. The image disclosing server 200 comprises: a disclosure restriction information storage unit 214 for storing disclosure restriction information including information on a particular region where disclosure of positional information is restricted; a communication unit 220 for receiving the image with added positional information from the terminal device 100; a position determination unit 204 for determining whether the position related to the positional information is within the rage of the particular region or not; and a disclosure restriction state setting unit 210 for setting the server to a state in which disclosure of at least the positional information is restricted if it is determined that the position is within the rage of the particular region.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
