PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation route retrieval system capable of appropriately guiding evacuees to a shelter when an abnormal situation is generated or predicted.;SOLUTION: For houses in a housing subdivision, an elementary school is specified as the shelter when a disaster is generated or predicted. The evacuation route retrieval system includes: a management server 31; and a home server 41 installed in each house. When disaster information targeting an area including the housing subdivision is acquired from an informational site J, the management server 31 retrieves an evacuation route from each house to the elementary school based on map information of the area.
