PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain processing efficiency of a receiving side and avoid an occurrence of a decoding mistake in a decoding process.;SOLUTION: The acoustic device includes: a receiving section 10 including a condition determining part 11 that determines a first codec condition for use in an encoding process in a transmitter 200 and a decoding process of voice encoding data that the acoustic device 100 has received, a condition adding part 12 that receives the voice encoding data and adds the first codec condition that the condition determining section has determined, to the received voice encoding data, and a memory part 13 that stores the voice encoding data to which the first codec condition is added; a comparing section 30 that acquires the voice encoding data to which the first codec condition is added by the condition adding part 12, compares the added first codec condition with a second codec condition for use in the encoding process in the transmitter 200, and, when these conditions match, outputs the voice encoding data; and a decoding section 50 that decodes the voice encoding data output from the comparing section 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
