PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for processing transaction information of a mobile station in a serving control node of a radio communication system.SOLUTION: The serving control node may be a base station such as eNodeB in an LTE/SAE radio communication system. The transaction information may include mobility-related transaction information and traffic-related transaction information, as an example, relative to a given mobile station, which are handed over between with a control node that performs control when a corresponding mobile station is handed over. By this, the control node that performs control can acquire information which characterizes the past activity of the mobile station. In some embodiments, using the information, it is possible to select a target control node which performs handover or link resource allocation.
