PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter which is attached to the spout of a pouch with the spout so as not to be loosened.;SOLUTION: The adapter 1 for connecting the spout in which a tamper evidence ring section is locked in the lower part of a screw section so as not to be removed with a tube member, includes: a connection section 2 for connecting the tube member: and an attachment section 3 which is screwed to the screw section of the spout by rotating in a fastening direction.
