PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanocarbon containing fiber in which a nanocarbon material is oriented in the longitudinal direction of the fiber, which provides excellent conductivity without deteriorating the properties of the nanocarbon material itself such as a carbon nanotube or the like, and a method for manufacturing the nanocarbon containing fiber, and to provide a method for manufacturing a nanocarbon structure fiber derived from the above.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a nanocarbon containing fiber, a nanocarbon containing composition comprising a conductive polymer (A), a nanocarbon material (B), a solvent (C), and a polymeric compound (D) different from the conductive polymer (A) is subjected to electrospinning. In a method for manufacturing a nanocarbon structure fiber, the conductive polymer (A) and the polymeric compound (D) are burned off by heating the nanocarbon containing fiber.
