PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute book creation support device and a minute book creation support system for enabling a minute book creator to immediately confirm the existence/absence of a clerical error of a minute book by automatically notifying the minute book creator of a technical term, an abbreviation or the like that are not carried in a general dictionary or the like when creating the minute book, and capable of correcting the minute book in the case that the clerical error exists.SOLUTION: The minute book creation support device for supporting the creation of a minute book has: special word extraction means for extracting a special word being a special word; unregistered word retrieval means for retrieving whether the special word extracted from a minute book during being created by the special work extraction means is included in a special word dictionary with words registered in advance; and unregistered word notification means for notifying the special word in the case that the special word is not registered in the special word dictionary as a result of retrieval by the unregistered word retrieval means.
